This course is an in-depth self study course detailing the difficulties of those who are in co-dependent relationships. The techniques within are targeted for overcoming Co-dependency.
Essentially, co-dependency is the term used for an imbalanced relationship. These relationships are typically unhealthy and toxic. There will be varying degrees of co-dependency. One person takes on a taker-victim role and the other takes a giver-rescuer role. In other words, the term co- dependency describes a relationship where one supports and provides a caring function while the other relies on this. While all relationships should be supportive, the rescuer will often enable either irresponsible or destructive behaviour from a partner. Co-dependency is Not having a sense of self and is created in childhood. When we come from homes that are oppressive, we are taught (brainwashed) to believe that what we think does not matter. We are programmed to disassociate from what we are feeling and lose trust in our intuition and sense of self.
The course is a mix of Audios, meditations and an in depth training manual to suit all learning types.
