Each mentorship session is uniquely tailored, adapts to your specific needs and includes the following steps:
With all the information she collects during the interview, and according to the main healing theme defined together, Holly carefully designs your personalised session with the tools-practices that she will guide you into step by step. The session lasts about 90 minutes.
A few days before the session, a first private video call of 30 minutes to get your process started. If it is the first contact you have with Holly this might last up to 45 minutes so that you have time to assimilate a bit of the philosophy of her modalities.

The goal of after care or home self practice is to empower you to keep working on your own inner alchemy process, if you desire. Based on how much time you want to dedicate to it, you will receive written material for your own practice.
